What is the Focus of Your Program?
CFPA is dedicated to enhancing children’s skills in theater, dance, and performance, helping them grow in confidence and creativity. Our mission is to help children regain their confidence, learn communication skills, and make friends!
Where do you meet?
Classes take place inside the Orlando Science Center (the Founders Room) weekly on Tuesdays.
Park in the OSC garage and walk across the tunnel. Enter through the right and go up to the 3rd floor. Take a right and keep walking around. There you will find us inside the Founders Room.
What are spring dates?
Rehearsal begins Jan 13, 2025 and runs through the weekend of April 11th.
What if my child is a higher reading level?
We’re thrilled your child is a strong reader. In our program, students are grouped by age rather than reading level because theater is about more than reading lines. It’s an extracurricular environment focused on confidence, collaboration, and making friends with peers.
Many of our students are academically gifted, but creative arts grow different skills. We adjust roles and responsibilities to challenge each performer appropriately, while keeping them with their age group where they feel they belong.
We encourage you to register with the group that matches your child’s age. They will be supported, included, and given opportunities to shine.
What ages do you cater to?
We offer programs for children in grades K-12. Kids will be divided up by age and skill level within the classes.
How can I enroll my child?
You can enroll your child through our website. CLICK HERE for the Registration Page
Do I have to pay for parking?
Nope! Our families have validated parking each week. You will get a parking ticket when you enter the garage. We will give you a QR code to scan when it’s time to exit the parking garage.
